Upstate staff joined Windsor, Weld County and Great Western Industrial Park officials to celebrate the groundbreaking of Canadian based Intersand Americas’ new 50,000 sf cat litter manufacturing facility. The $18 million facility will be operational in 2020 and will employ 34 at full build-out, further diversifying the Weld economy.
Upstate is excited to welcome Intersand to Weld County and Northern Colorado!
