Over the course of the past few months, Upstate has had the unique opportunity to visit with several of our Northern Colorado businesses and talk with company leaders and employees to hear their stories of resiliency through the pandemic. This project came together through the collaborative effort of the NoCo REDI partnership, whose connections and demonstrated regional partnership highlights the region’s economic strengths.
We thank all of our Northern Colorado businesses who have shown true resiliency in managing their own work/life balance, finding workarounds in their supply chains and distribution, altering work schedules to accommodate social distancing requirements, and ultimately keeping our workforce safe and economy running strong throughout the past year. Many of our industries and businesses in the region were deemed essential and mandated to continue supplying products, finding even more unique ways to operate safely.
